“经络-淋巴”系统的新概念理论的创立与在疾病治疗中的特殊效能

摘要：二十一世纪是生命科学回归大自然，中国大力提倡传统中医药疗法，西方大力提倡自然疗法，绿色环保，预防为主、健康医学复兴发展创新的新时代。多年来医学届忽略了传统中医与西医的边缘科学交叉学科的研究，一个非常关键的问题由于经络至今没有找到解剖（形态学）学依据，西方医学对经络学说不公认，也忽视了人体自身的免疫防御系统――淋巴系统的研究；这样一来，在解释人体相关疾病的生理、病理机制方面，严重缺乏经络学说与淋巴学说的支持，这在某种程度上是至今对许多疾病不能够明确解释病因和达不到有效治疗的原因。。
本人从事中、西、医药学、解剖学、淋巴学、分子生物学、免疫学等交叉学科的科学研究及教学等工作40余年，研究和总结出“经络-淋巴学新概念学说”：“经络是淋巴管前组织通道系统（Tissue channel system of prelymphatic vessels）”, 它的功能是调节气、血、津液运行，保持人体内环境的稳衡。淋巴系统是脉管系统的辅助结构，也是人体的“自救系统”，具有“免疫防御，清洁，修复”三大功能。在此新概念理论的基础上。将当代化学、物理学、微电子学理论引入到中医的经络，西医的淋巴医学领域结合研究，提出全新的“经络淋巴学新学说”，并发明了“建立口腔内负压激活人体经络-血-淋巴循环，形成体腔内压力梯度变化，提高经络-淋巴循环动力，加强体内代谢物质排泄，增强机体免疫，提高血氧浓度，促进损伤细胞与组织的修复，调节经络（气、血、津液）、淋巴、血液的微循环。我们发明了“口腔负压灸”，这是我们在世界上首次提出通过增强经络-淋巴系统的效能与效率治疗疾病的理念，为此，找到了实施该理念的有效方法和手段“口腔负压灸”。利用这种方法解决了现代医学上的一个重大问题，加强了这些管道系统的回流动力，由此大大提高了人体自身的免疫功能和康复效率。
我们的研究成果填补了这一空白，为人体许多疾病的预防和治疗，找到了人体自救的有效方法

目的 探讨研究经络的新概念理论及其临床治疗疾病的机理 。方法 我们报告采用口腔负压灸治疗多种慢性疾病的治疗结果，并对治疗结果进行探讨性研究。不同病种的病人随机分为治疗组与对照组，治疗组采用“口腔负压灸”治疗， 对照组用相应的常规西药治疗，根据不同病症规定治疗疗程，测定两组症状体征变化。
治疗结果
淋巴水肿治疗组72例（均选择上肢、下肢淋巴水肿病例），经3个疗程治疗后肢体的个月治疗后治疗组肿胀部位肢体显著好转，与西医药治疗的对照组相比呈显著差异（P<0.01）；痔疮50例，在治疗7天后治疗组总体疗效优于对照组, 有显著性差异（P<0.05）；治疗组与对照组比较，在消除水肿、坠胀方面均有极显著性差异（P<0.01），在止痛，止血，减轻脱垂，改善痔区黏膜充血方面差异显著(P<0.05)；血管神经性头痛、慢性咽炎、慢性鼻炎、高血压等慢性病患者疗效均有非常显著熊意义（P<0.05或0.01）；临床观察显示，口腔负压灸对慢性病毒性心肌炎、打呼噜、骨节急性运动性损伤等病症也有良好的治疗效果。以上结果表明应用“口腔负压灸”可明显提高以上病症的疗效。是祖国医学的一大奇迹。
结论“口腔负压灸”用于淋巴水肿、痔疮等瘀滞性病症的治疗，并获了显著的疗效， 在消除水肿、缓解坠胀感、止痛、止血、减轻症状、改善病灶区炎症、促进病灶区组织、器官的修复。从理论从面上讲，口腔负压灸对一些慢性病症均有治疗作用。长期应用对一些亚健康性病症均有良好的疗效，可达到促进健康，延年益寿的良好作用。.
【Abstract】Objective Explore curative effect of oral negative presure acupuncture for treating lymphoedema， haemorrhoids and their machinisim. Method to divide randomly the cases of the lymphoedema ,haemorrhoids etc patients into 2 groups ,treatment group and control group. The oral negative presure acupuncture was employed and the control group was treated with the
Commensurate west medicine. According to different diseases setingthe course of treatment and changes of signs. Results The 72 cases of lymphoedema randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and control group. After treatment of three treatment courses （the one course of thetreatment is 28 days）the treating group lymphodema of the limbs was much better than that of the control group(P<0.01). In the the 50 cases of hemorrhoids the changes in symptom and objective sign after 7days. there is significant difference in total curative effect after 7 days treatment（P<0.05）；The treatment group comparision to Control group, there is s extreme significant difference in eliminating edema and relieving the feeling of fall and expand.（P<0.01）, there is significant difference in relieving pain, stop bleeding, relieving procidentia and improving mucosa hyperemia hemorrhoidal zone. Hemorrhoids itc which have obviously effect. These study showing that great miracle of our traditional Chinese Medicine. Conclusion there is obvious curative effect in treated lymphoedema ,hemorrhoids etc by “The oral negative pressure acupuncture”. It is superior to lymphoedema and hemorrhoids in eliminating edema and relieving the feeling of fall and expand., relieving pain , stop bleeding, and improving mucosa and skin hyperemia, edema, infection etc. To promote tissues and organs repairing and healing have important effect. According to meridian theory the oral negative pressure acupuncture has much therapeutic effect on the clinic chronic diseases. There is good effect on the all of the subhealthy, promoting health, to lengthen one's life.
